Discussion: Donald Trump as POTUS and its implications for Pak-US relations

Bro,

Best way forward is to craft an entirely new chapter of foreign policy for the US, with clear terms-of-engagement on various issues including terrorism, economy, CPEC and military. It is still not too late for us.

Unfortunately foreign policy has never been our strong suite. The reason behind are the corrupt politicians who know once they get into trouble these countries will come and support them and than the dictators who in an attempt to legitimise their rule, bend backwards. Today we have a parachi PM who cant even discuss without having a paper in his hand. He happens to retain the post of FM as well. So technically we dont have a minister for such an important post. Forget about foreign policy at all. Today Pakistan does not need a corrupt inept man like him.

I am very skeptical of his claims , he is a well known pathological liar , as for his share of failures, their is a reason he was known as the king of bankruptcy. Kudos
Business is largely a gamble, my friend.

But you are entitled to your opinion.

Agreed 100%

Somebody gets it here.

Donald Trump's win has caused a lot of damage and disappointment for Zardari, NS and characters like Hussain Haqqani

Nukes are 20th century. A coordinated cyber attack on Pakistani power plants will do much more harm.

But then Pakistanis probably wouldn't know the power went out anyways...
Yet you cannot eliminate the possibility of things escalating to the nuclear threshold........................ Your latter comment is unfortunately true.

name any country that had foreign policy as strong suite

Now all listen to him carefully...There is nothing against Muslim and Islam or Pakistan. However if you pay careful attention to his words when he says about the abuse of immigration..I'm sure that will hurt our enemies faaaaar more than Pakistani community in USA.
