China can attack India by 2014

China can launch an attack on India by 2014.Defence experts warned that China will attack India by 2014 to divert the attention of its own people from "unprecedented" internal dissent, growing unemployment and financial problems that are threatening the hold of Communists in that country.

China wants to ensure Chinese supremacy in Asia in this century. As China is worried over the increasing military cooperation between India and US .

Noting that India's military had been dependent on Russian arms and later on Israel, but US has now become the most important source for India's military procurement and that mechanisms to manage the same are gradually emerging.

China fears that countries like Japan, India, Vietnam, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Korea are trying to join the anti-China group because they either had a war or a conflict of interest with China.

China’s military budget, which is officially about $78 billion but is estimated by the U.S. government to be about $150 billion, dwarfs India’s $32 billion worth of annual defense spending.

The foremost thing is to do make India's military power simply awesome to deter the enemy. It is vital to rapidly modernize the Indian Armed Forces in terms of human resources and equip them with technological capabilities to conduct deep offensive operations.

The threat from China has crept to level ‘Orange’ for the past many years and the creeping invasion built over decades displays great features of stealth.

China is laying claims over Arunachal Pradesh .To counter threat posed at multiple-levels by China,India should demand that illegally occupied territories by China and Pakistan should be vacated immediately.

India’s long term declared objective should be to demand vacation of all illegally occupied territories by China and Pakistan. To equate legal accession of Kashmir by New Delhi with forcible occupation of independent Tibet by China is a fallacy. Moreover, our borders were with independent Tibet and never with China.

The border negotiations have been going on continuously since 1981, making them already the longest and the most-barren process between any two countries in modern history. The record includes eight rounds of senior-level talks between 1981 and 1987, and 14 joint working group meetings between 1988 and 2002. The latest discussions in 2009 constitute the 14th round of talks between the designated Special Representatives since 2003.

India has begun improving infrastructure along the border with China and is building new roads and airports. Special troops are being raised for deployment at the border and weapons are being purchased for deployment in the higher reaches.

New Delhi also has voiced its concern over increased defense spending by China.

Meanwhile India has sought more "clarity and transparency" in China''s nuclear cooperation with Pakistan, saying Beijing needs to be more "sensitive" towards its "genuine concerns".

Speaking on Sino-India relations at the New School in New York, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said that India was"not against" Pakistan''s relationship with other countries but New Delhi had some "genuine concerns about some aspects" ofthe relationship between Beijing and Islamabad.

China''s support for Pakistan''s nuclear ambitions, Rao said, was an area where India was "seeking more clarity andtransparency and welcomed an open discussion".

Early this week, reports had indicated that China and Pakistan had recently concluded an agreement under which Beijing would construct the fourth nuclear reactor at Khushabin Pakistan''s Punjab province.

Will you guys stop this BS, this is usual media hype to get more attention.
If they want to go to war then they wouldn't have settled for the agreement to increase the bilateral trade to 100 billion. :hitwall:

Just to put at rest all speculations and to meet the expectations of all ' well wishers' why dont India & China issue a ' going to war schedule' so that all speculations are laid to rest.

So what do you think, 2012 or 2014?

Delays due to bureaucracy, planning issues, etc. will probably push it back a few more years.

How about 2016, will that work for you guys? We can always reschedule if you're too busy, maybe push it back to 2018 if you'd like.

Veeru should realize that some of these threads are showing India in a bad light.

Isn't Bharat Verma the loser who had a verbal duel with Zaid Hamid? We should not go the Pakistan way and encourage such guys.

Yeah ... more revisions possible, it is just the first revision in think.... Our bureaucrats like to keep abreast with the dynamics of the situation so don't be surprised with another revision.

Whichever year it may be, but please try to avoid the Olympic and the world cup years (both Cricket and Football)... don't want to be stuck to the television too much in a year.

I would want them to be during Diwali so that I don't have to spend on firecrackers for the kids and the family. It will be a free show.

Honestly , who believes in this BS. Even if there is a threat perception, its not wise to boast it in public , rather it would be used as a preparation for eventuality. This is just a stupid statement which can evoke panic among people..

We really do have some serious retards in the establishment and in the "system" for sure.
