CHAIRMAN PIA EMAIL ADDRESS?

I am in need of Chairman PIA’s direct email address. Can anyone help me in getting it. There are PIA contact emails like contact@piac.com.pk but these are attended by lower staff who give routine replies ignoring what was asked for. They deliberately ignore the question raised to them. Earlier outgoing Chairman Mr. Kirmani had an email address but it was made in his personal name. A problem is that government officials make their email address in their personal names and not based on their designations which with their departure become obsolete. Unfortuately our i-tech Minister does not seek to this matter but keeps on increasing (in fact spending or wasting) on introduction of i-tech in each department without taking into consideration the mentality of aloofs sitting in those departments.
