Not really. Germany has bend over backwards an infinite amount of times in an effort to erase memories of the Holocaust.

But there are many nations that do light their national landmarks to celebrate or remember.

As the Mexican Foreign Ministry is lighted with Turkey's flag, the US Empire State building was lighted with India's flag to commemorate it's Independence/Republic? Day.
