It has always been our problem, many of our people are just too lazy to go and study at least the laws in our field of work
If these guys have been bothered themselves with getting the necessary permits for their work such incident would have been prevented.

If it was to me I not only would have confiscated the plane and fined them also would have charged them for the ammo spent and all the expense of the investigation of the incident.
