In the last 30 hours, 6 children have been kidnapped from various areas of Lahore, reported Waqt News. Police has not recovered any of them.

Children have been kidnapped from Iqbal Town, New Anarkali, Shahdara, Nishtar Colony, Chauni and Nasirabad in Lahore. IG Punjab said, “Police teams are searching for the missing children but there is no success.” In the last 15 days there is an alarming increasing the kidnapping of children. 208 children were kidnapped in the past few days, 189 children have been recovered while 19 are still missing.

A kidnapper was caught red handed by the residents of the Shahdara area today. Police was called immediately and he was arrested. They have taken him in for interrogation.

Police is advising parents to remain vigilant and not let children go out alone. Parents are protesting in various areas and raising questions regarding the law and order situation conditions of the city.

The best people can do is first learn to look after their children themselves. I remember some time back a 4 year old boy got kidnapped from some sector in Islamabad and then when the parents couldn't pay the ransom the child was killed by those heartless bastards. But no body is to be blamed for that other than the parents, why did they let a 4 year old out without any supervision and this is the the case in 99% of these abductions, parents are careless.

F#ck. We need a national unit specalising in Kidnapping of minors. This is intolerable.
How about teaching parents to be responsible first.

Which case you are talking about ? That happened in g9 sector? i know of a same case happened in g9 sector 4 to 5 months back. Child's posters were all over g9 n g10. That child was missing for almost a week n after that parents found their child in pieces.
These kind of kidnappers should be sentenced lashes until death.

My friend Children go missing all the time & sometimes they are taken by forces and in Pakistan where do they end up? just saying parents need to be more responcible is pretty much below the belt, only a parent whos child went missing can understand the anguish!

It's usually for sexual slavery.
During the Azad Kashmir earthquake, many of these pimps and kidnappers met their deaths at the hand of local militia when they tried to take orphan children from there. The army moved in quickly after that.
Such shaytaan deserve a sharp blade to the jugular vein, nothing else.

you cant always herd your children inside your house, hope the situation improves so that kids can be kids.

This seems a new spate of kidnapping so I think a new group is active and it needs concerted effort by police and rangers to crack down upon these devils.

But what the ugly dolphin and elite police are doing? ...nothing

Army needs to put a Gun on Nawaz and Shabaz head and start reforming Police Force

I again request you Guys please take notice of it and those who have contacts in Army or Police or in Government should contact them and raise this issue. At least ask what are they doing to recover this kids and stop other kidnappings.

Damn!!! They must be found soon and returned to their parents. Hope all the kidnapper's will be caught and jailed..

Offtopic :- it reminded me of Lalu's rule in Bihar where kidnappings prevailed

Yes and that is all the more reason for parents to be extra vigilant when it comes to their child's safety. Prevention is better than cure. Most of the times when children are abducted that is because no elder is around watching over them. There was another incident in Karachi where this kid had befriended mature guys from facebook and when he went to meet them they abducted him and demanded ransom. How can anyone say that parents are not to be blamed in that either? If you are even letting minors use internet how would you make sure that they wont watch porno and pollute their minds? Being a parent is a huge responsibility which unfortunately people don't realize------------Feeding, clothing and schooling aren't the only things that you need to raise a child.

You cant even let them out unsupervised even if you are in Washington DC.

I am not sure which sector it was as i always mix them up.
