their is no third chance for a regular commission and their is no short service commission as GDP. but u can seek a short service commission for a few specilized desk jobs.

I believe there are only two chances which ISSB allows irrespective of service or course.

Third chance for post graduates is there, so keep an eye on the news papers or contact the recruitment center of your city.
