Well, China tries to claim some of our land, so our government is not going to praise the good things they do. The people who know about uyghur issue generally support China's stand.

We like the way China handle uyghurs. Develop and modernize them, instead of killing them. Provide a modern lifestyle, and don't allow the old men and society to restrict women. Also, it is important to not allow religious extremism, and China excels at that.
