Pulsar's are overkill for delhi or any other Indian city. I swear to lord I will catch a thief driving Bugatti or even a koegnigzeg Agera on foot on Delhi's outer and inner ring road. These bike seems illogical on Indian street to catch some low grade thugs.

Lots of pakistani visits Delhi and I've never heard of any such thing in media. Maybe it was your personal one time experience. Maybe you were at the wrong place at the wrong time.
