KARACHI: The 4th death anniversary of renowned singer Mehnaz Begum is being observed today [January 19].

The distinguished singer of Pakistani music industry Mehnaz Begum died on 19th January 2013 at the age of 55. She was on her way to USA when her condition got worsened in Bahrain where she died in a hospital.

The master of classical genres like ‘ghazal’, ‘thumri’ and ‘dadra’ was born in 1958.

Mehnaz began her career as a playback singer in the early ’70s. Her mellifluous voice and control over the sur instantly made her popular among music composers and film audiences. She sang for a number of films a majority of which became popular.

The talented singer sang many hit and evergreen chartbusters like Mujhe Dil Se Na Bhulana from film ‘Aina’, Kyun Roi Shehnai from ‘Haider Ali’ and Do Piyase Dil Ek Huay from ‘Bandish’. Surrayya Bhopali was among the first films that Mehnaz sang for and Zeba Bakhtiar’s Babu was her last film as a playback singer.

کراچی: کرنسی اسمگلنگ کیس میں ملوث ماڈل ایان علی کی مشکلات آسان ہوگئیں۔ عدالت نے ڈالرگرل کا نام ایگزٹ کنٹرول لسٹ سے نکالنے کے احکامات دے دیے۔






ڈالرگرل ایان علی کا نام ای سی ایل سے نکالنے سے متعلق محفوظ کیا گیا فیصلہ جسٹس احمدعلی شیخ کی سربراہی میں دورکنی بینچ نےفیصلہ سنایا ۔ ریفری جج نعمت اللہ پھلپوٹو نےجسٹس کے کے آغا کے فیصلے سے اتفاق کیا۔



واضح رہے کہ جسٹس احمدعلی اورجسٹس کےکےآغا پرمشتمل دو رکنی بینچ کے درمیان فیصلے پراختلاف کے باعث جسٹس نعمت اللہ پھلپوٹوکوریفری جج مقررکیا گیا تھا۔ نو جنوری کو سندھ ہائیکورٹ میں ہونے والی سماعت میں ریفری جج جسٹس نعمت اللہ پھلپوٹو نے فریقین کے وکلاء کے دلائل سننے کے بعد فیصلہ محفوظ کیا تھا جسے آج سنایا گیا۔



گزشتہ سماعت میں ایان علی کے وکیل لطیف کھوسہ نے بھرپور دلائل دہتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ ایان علی کو بیرون ملک جانے سے روکناسپریم کورٹ کی توہین اورانتقامی کارروائی ہے۔عدالت کے حکم کا یہی احترام ہے توعدالتیں بند کردینی چاہئیں، لطیف کھوسہ نے یہ سوال بھی اٹھایا تھا کہ کیا ایان علی پرویز مشرف سے بڑی ملزم ہے۔



جبکہ ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل سلمان طالب الدین کا کہنا تھا کہ پنجاب حکومت نے کسٹم انسپکٹر قتل کیس میں ڈالر گرل کا نام ای سی ایل میں شامل کرایا،معاملہ پنجاب کا ہے۔ سندھ ہائیکورٹ سماعت کا اختیار نہیں رکھتی۔ سماء

apni need ka koi hisab nahi 4 ghaton main bhi pori ho jati hay or ek bar 30 hour bhi soya hoa hon dost waqey dar gaye thay kahin mar to nahi gya pani phank kay utha dia kanjron nay

Right on mark... Both wouldn't punish any of their assets until & unless no other option but an scapegoat. However, the irony is, law has been turned into something like Hey! you can't punish this guy because that one is free or start with him and the wishlist goes on & on..... Actually, we are striving hard to start from a point/person and then, we will be seeing everything getting into line and managed but where to start from.....

busy with life and all.. and the way things have changed so rapidly (I found it hard on what to concentrate on )specially Bexit, Trump on your neck of the woods and CPEC kick off and the expected hostilities towards it ....
