US criticises China for supporting Pakistan against India

Now the United States has a problem with Chinese support for Pakistan against India.

United States of America has criticised China for blocking entry of India into the elite Nuclear Supplier Group NSG as Pakistan was denied the same facility by the World Powers.

The outgoing Obama administration has termed China as an outlier creating hurdles for India’s entry in the NSG.

“Clearly there is one outlier that needs to be addressed and that is China,” said Nisha Desai Biswal, assistant secretary of state for South and Central Asia, the Times of India reported.

“The (US) President (Barack Obama) has been very clear and unequivocal that he believes that India has met the criteria for NSG and that the United States supports India’s entry that India is ready and India should be brought into the NSG,” she said.

“We worked very closely with India to support India’s application into the NSG, but we also recognise that there continue to be some concerns, some reservations that some of the members of the NSG have expressed that need to be worked through,” she said.

“We believe we have made substantial progress on that and as we hand the baton over to the next administration the path forward will be found for that. Clearly there is one outlier that needs to be addressed and that is China.

As we move through all the other elements of the NSG membership, I think, we’re on a good path forward,” Biswal said.

We are going to make sure that Obama retires with a heartache he'll carry for the rest of his miserable life. Coward and a failure who cries and sobs like a loser baby LOL Syria, ISIS, Iraq, Afghanistan, drone strikes, mass shootings all on his miserable watch. He has put Bush to shame.

It is the same US who threatened to block naval supply to India in 1971 for Pakistan....So i really do not put much importance with these super powers be in US, Russia or China...They are just doing whatever is good for their country and their people...The question and responsibility is on individual countries to be not carried away or allign with their objective which is not beneficial to our own country.

China should block India's NSG entry as a matter of security because USA will want returns for its favors to India. Returns like destabilizing China. USA doesn't do anything out for good heart or for free.

If you would like to have a saner discussion, then i would like to say that India may have issues with China...But with 100 billion dollar trade, do you think India is so fool enough to fight with China???? With so much of animosity if we do not want to fight a war with Pakistan, then why do you think even India will try to work for something for US??

Every alignment should not necessarily have some black and white objective..India and Isreal has good relation that does not mean India will start fighting war with Iran or Muslim world.....

America needs to get over its super power complex. The world is not unipolar anymore and whining about China not doing what the US wants it do, just makes the US sound like a spoiled child.

US is making a mistake by letting an Indian be the assist Secretary of State. Not only will she sacrifice American interest for India. She will create policies that hurt Indian neighbors for India's benefit.
