Afghanistan concerned over ‘sub-standard’ Pakistani products

Well counter to the emotions on this thread, I would suggest Pakistan should investigate this, find the culprits and punish them with heavy fines. Being a Pakistani representative, you have to be honest and if you send a sub-standard product, you bring the bad name to the whole nation. Quaid-e-Azam said that the quality of Pakistani products should be the best and second to none but in reality Pakistani products are a far cry from the ideal set by our founder.

The reason why declared trade is down is because the warlords are accustomed to just smuggling the goods and lining their pockets, not paying taxes.

That may also be the reason but still we need to improve the quality of our products and if there is a complaint we should investigate it on merit and without any biases as this will benefit our trade.

If we provide substandard products who is gping to buy it? Their accusation can be legitimate and we need to ensure quality in our products espacially pharmaceutical companies must be strictly watched by the credible agnecies to ensure highest standard of products for every customer

It seems they just have a thing for high quality products be it medicine or heroine

I agree.

However, I see the two as independent arguments, i.e., taxation and QA.

if Afghanistan doesn't like the quality of Pak products they should stop buying
