China's motorized troops will reach New Delhi, which is barely 300 kilometers away from the border, within 48 hours if a war breaks out: China TV

The TV also says that Chinese paratroops will be at New Delhi's gate within 10 something hours.

That is too long. 300km distance in India still needs 48hours? I bet 2-3 hours is needed. 48 hours is to overrun the whole India from Tibet.

The strategy is, in the west front, to fast besiege New Delhi, and in the east front , to cut Indian NE off from the rest of India.

Lol Good dreams. Delhi is protected or will be by S-400 and good luck with that. Secondly most of Indian troops are concentrated in and around Delhi (Kashmir, Punjab Strike corps) and good luck climbing Himalayan mountains for more than a week where artillery will greet them on the slopes unable to escape. I must say your wish of having the thoughts of besieging Delhi will be over in 2-3 hours

The Himalayas have protected India from any Chinese invasions for thousands of years. I am sure it will protect India for the foreseeable future too.

If you can understand Chinese you will know that Chinese road and railway systems are fully developed and ready for large scale military actions in this region but on the Indian side the infrastructure is almost like none. And China has dozens of weapons all stationed along the Indian border which will wipe out India's only choice weapon brahmos with much ease.

Infact India's second highest peak Nanda devi at over 7000 m is present at this border.

How does one cross such mountains with motorized division without adequate infrastructure is beyond me. When even mere mountain division infantry will find it a challenge to traverse such inhospitable terrain.



I guess PLA's strategy is work its troops to death in biting cold to build the required infrastructure.

China and India may see war very soon. But India is not as strong as China. Chinese products are quite popular in India... and India is losing it's local market strength...

You better get some geography lessons of your country from non-Chinese sources

The G219 highway which i have mentioned in my post is the highway which connects Xinjiang and Tibet

China can just pass first through Pakistan... till they pass the Himalaya and then .... war is done.
