China Won’t ‘Sit With Arms Crossed’ If India Sells Missiles To Vietnam: Chinese Media

Tell that to your Pakistani friends who buy Indian stuff in truckloads from our movies to our onions.

Oh and they'll soon be buying Made in India iPhones too. How bout that?
Are we here talking about weapons, arms, manufactured goods or onions.
Again, it's always will, going to, 2012 Supra powa. Apple will manufacture them in America before they do that in India, nada zero chance

Sometimes I wonder if it's the Indian media saying Chinese media is giving a damn.
I don't know about local media which you guys, but GlobalTimes is spewing $hit for sure.
The Russians already sold them the P800, why do they need to pay more for Indian paint
Even the Indians reject this missile.
What's surprising? Small countries like Vietnam and Pakistan are out of pockets and can only afford these things or they rely on aid like Pakistan buys US planes from Lockheed on payment of US government.
why do they need to pay more for Indian paint
India is paying for them, that's why.
They will order at least something substantial to complement. And now don't troll India over having "junk buying customer" because China is no exception. It's 2/3rd of weapon exports is to 3 countries.
No sane person would buy Indian junk even for free
You do remember mate what once you said?
IMG_20170113_121738_126.JPG

Why seeking our attention? Focus on Americans, we will tag you here later at correct time to show face.:D
Better to leave till then instead of polluting our threads with pointless trolls and calling everything Indian a junk for a reason you yourself don't know.
Are we here talking about weapons, arms, manufactured goods or onions.
India hasn't world's largest military industrial complex like China for sure but it's there in top 5. It's PSUs and companies aren't biggest but at least they hold a position among them.
Stats of two years speak louder than your rants.
Again, it's always will, going to, 2012 Supra powa.
Come on, you got nothing else to troll?:D
What's the definition of a superpower at first place?
Apple will manufacture them in America before they do that in India, nada zero chance
FYI, they are already manufactured in America.
Company only assembles them in China. Assembly is something India has no technical problem. We have a lot of such plants.

Apple opened assembly plants in China because of its market. Now, most of Chinese who could buy expensive phones have these phones. So, Chinese market is saturated.

This is obvious that they will move to second market India now who has still an unsaturated class and that even growing. Ij fact, Apple is efforting more than Indian Government for it (ask for source).

It's a high time & golden opportunity for India for pulling manufacturing and not only assembly of Apple.
India's Fabs are nearly ready (first is to be operational this year :-)) and Apple starts assembly. Within 10 years, if India completes it's mass production of semiconductor target as of National Electronics Policy 2016, it can itself export cheap stuff. One more thing, China had advantage of cheap labour which it has lost now to India, agree or not.

Can you show the global times link instead of an Indian link? Last time they claimed Globaltimes said the AGNI-V was 8000km and when I checked, it was still 5000km.

I mean why buy something even the Indians themselves reject? Just go for Russian missiles. Nobody has ever bought any Indian missiles in history.

lol, Don't come up with bull-shit sources. Akash has orders worth several millions & is already inducted in the Indian Army & AF.

I mean why buy something even the Indians themselves reject? Just go for Russian missiles. Nobody has ever bought any Indian missiles in history.

Non sense.

China had been arming pak, extremists, Bangladesh, etc Do they take the concent of India before selling, Of course NO .....

Then why the F**k should it be concerned when somebody else sells some punny missiles to somebody ....

Secretary of State John Kerry met Vietnamese leaders Friday during his last trip as the top diplomat for the United States. He held separate meetings with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and acting Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son.

Kerry later left for Ho Chi Minh City to meet a group of Vietnamese youth and is scheduled Saturday to tour the Mekong delta province of Ca Mau, where he fought during the Vietnam War almost 50 years ago.

Kerry then travels to Paris to attend a conference on Middle East peace and then to London where he will meet Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson to discuss Syria.

The most travelled top diplomat in US history ends his trip by attending the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos Switzerland on Jan. 18, just two days before President-elect Donald Trump is sworn in office with former oilman Rex Tillerson nominated as his replacement.

Kerry and Sen. John McCain, who was held prisoner of war when his navy jetfighter was shot down over Hanoi during the war, were key participants in the U.S’s efforts to normalizing relations with former foe Vietnam in 1995.

Honestly, I just read it on some other media outlet, not even GlobalTimes, though for recent articles, I can find you out.

For A5 missile, I really don't care, it can be adjusted by payload and motors. Pushing the spacecrafts thousands of kilometres away, ballistic missile tech isn't really a challenge.
I mean why buy something even the Indians themselves reject?
Like Aussies use F-18 but rejected by Indians.
BTW, in case of Vietnam, it's money issue. You do surely know the reason India could buy Rafaels and Pakistanis not?
Nobody has ever bought any Indian missiles in history.
No problem, history will be changed. India bribed them not for free but re writing history.
You don't seem to be new on PDF, the way you post. Just wanted to know....
Not surprised by comment but I'm a new member on PDF.
Though, I have been visiting this forum as a guest for long. I post on a number of forums from American to Russian, British, Chinese, Indian and once even an African forum that's why you may have found out me as a usual member.:-)

This time, I thought of trying a Pakistani one. I wanted to be a Mod or at least a think tank here but given attitude of other posters, my intolerant attitude that I reply every troll and lack of integration, people open a thread for "everything", I don't think I have even some space for posting something substantial.

Rest about intolerant attitude etc, it is up-to you how you handle such matters and after all, we have a magic trick by agreeing to disagree and move on. In-case of offensive posting, you can report the post and leave it to the respective team to handle. To understand that, we have many TTA/TTC from India so it all depends how you post being productive and qualitative. If you have something to share w.r..t your interested subject, you can create a thread with all the contents in respective section though members cannot be stopped from creating of thread until & unless it is not duplicate of the same news etc. however, your own work of observation, findings or experience would be appreciated. There is a criteria to become Mod or any other title holding, best known to Admin but to start with such work, you have to write quality and leave the rest to the team. Titles are not awarded as per personal request alone. Have a nice time...

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe arrived in Vietnam Monday with promises of financial aid and military patrol boats as both nations challenge China’s maritime claims to neighboring seas.

Following a ceremonial state reception from Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Abe met Communist Party Secretary-General Nguyen Phu Trong, the de-facto leader of Vietnam’s single party communist state.

Speaking at a press conference following the meeting, Abe pledged support for increasing Vietnam’s naval capabilities in the South China Sea.

“Japan will help Vietnam to strengthen its maritime capacity as it gives Vietnam new patrol vessels, under the request from Vietnam,” said Abe, who also announced a 130 billion yen ($1.05 billion) loan for Vietnam in 2017.

Japan has previously supplied patrol boats for Vietnam's coast guard, which received several vessels from Tokyo last year.

Vietnam and Japan are both locked into maritime disputes with China, which claims large swathes of the South China Sea and the East China Sea.

Territorial claims to the waters, which contain some of the world’s busiest shipping lanes, have provoked international controversy and raised fears of violent naval clashes.

The U.S. Navy frequently conducts “freedom of navigation” operations in the South China Sea with the stated goal of asserting the sea’s international water status under the UN Convention on the Laws of the sea.

China’s artificial islands in the South China Sea, which are allegedly outfitted with sophisticated weaponry, has been a particularly strong sticking point for Hanoi, Tokyo and Washington.

Rex Tillerson, who is U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s leading nominee for secretary of state, vowed to forcibly block Chinese access to the artificial islands in his Jan. 11 address to the U.S. Congress.
