These are the equipment which Pakistan should consider getting from Russia and produce them in Pakistan than. From helmets to bullet proof vests and shields to optics and other stuff. We should get them for both our Police and Armed Forces.

i think we made such equipment then why buy ?

Pakistan has huge textile industrial base. With some governmental initiatives, this equipment is not difficult to manufacture at home.

i agree we sud invest in industry where we sud concentration on innovation it cud create jobs also our industry will make things of our needs. Pakistan is very strong country, gov sud develop special depts in universities for research and development.
we aren't getting a think from bridges and housing societies if our police is not corrupt then peace prevail then investors will come automatically. Pakistanies are very hard working people all we need a lill support from our gov.

maybe i have not only to GHQ but many many other dept org ngo's aswell.
why we need this and that dont you think its all positive if you dont have urge to get what all poitive then blaming and complaining get you in dark hole.
some times you sud think out of hole and consider what we(Pakistan) really need maybe you can contribute atleast positive thoughts, instead of complaining.

We make most of this equipment right at home. All that needs to be done is to start a comprehensive acquisition project, lay out requirements and let the local industry satisfy them.

I never said buy all the stuff go for TOT. Speciall for helmets and bullet proof vests. For Optics we have shelbi and also can get from Turkey.

textile industry can't do it. They could just cover the equipment with a beautiful and colourful cloth.

This is all Kevlar fiber and CF composite stuff
One doesn't need 3 +2 years Textile Engineering degree just to make cloths. In fact there is no degree needed to make clothes.

everything is shown in OP , i have seen it in Ideas 2016 .. there is no need to buy from anyone we are more than capable of Producing every thing regarding this at home

We have everything already being made inside Pakistan and something which we aren't making can be developed.
