What is this and how it works!

Hello everyone
I think it's iranian military submarine or something how it's work

Looks like some top secret Indian technology the Iranians have acquired.

It's an underwater chariot, a type of human torpedo (for attack) or swimmer delivery vehicle (for covert movements).


It's basic a low-tech, low-cost version of the modern SDV.


Similar, but cruder, to older models like Vostock-NG and Vostock PSM

Sure, these aren't midget submarines and are only meant to go down to lessen then 30 meters. It's crude by todays standards and I suspect that display model isn't how the actual production model looks, since the display seems to have been hastily put together, but I've seen cruder models put out to sea.

Remember, these types of vehicles have been around since WWII, like this Italian SSB underwater chariot.





The Swedish SEAL is relatively low-tech too, and is a more modern iteration.





Ortega MK1 is fairly crude too.



Again, the Iranian model loos crude, but I think it's fairly reasonable to suggest that's not an actual production model and the model used by Iranian irregular forces will be more inline with other underwater chariot types.

It's a display. Try not to read too much into how it looks.

As I said, it's a mockup. A display model. Iran is well known for publically displaying mockups for domestic purposes, but concealing it's production models which are greater in their sophistication. We see the same with their UAVs.

This is a display model - you can tell from the crude construction and non-transparent windshield.

Both are Al-Sabehat 15 type SDVs.

This one too. There are several different production types of the Al-Sabehat 15.

It's called a SDV (Swimmer Deliver vehicle) & it does exactly what the name describes!!!!
