There is already trade going on. Looks like Pakistan may only get $450 million since conditions for $900 will not be met. Pak army budget which is near $9 billion? Aid like this will appear smaller and smaller. I don't know current status of operation against Haqqanis and on what basis Pakistan is protecting them if that's the case. Maybe Pakistan doesn't trust ANA/Afghanistan enough as long as they continue their old policies with help of India.

True. But the same can be said of aid provided by any country.

Get some pride and reject the entire sum. If you want Pakistan to be respected then reject "assistance" and conditions.

when the use the word "certificate" history shows they mean to give it to Pakistan and that too by fooling themselves and their people.

thats the thing, half of the money is transit fee, the other half we never get as its not certified by the comittee
