Pakistan Navy Flag?

Just a General Question. Im surprised this hasn't been brought up or if I just haven't see it. But who designed the Pak Navy Flag?
Here is the Flag of the Royal Navy:

And here are the Naval Flags of other former British States;

And here is our Flag

I doubt that Pakistan being "Islamic Republic" would adopt the cross on any of its forces flag.

why should we copy them?

Our Air Force along with other former British colonies have inherited the same design

It's like having our Air Force Flag like this

Im just bringing it up, Other Former British colonies have adopted the same design for their Military flags, our Air force has and Navy has not.

Maybe the question is why 3 flags ( standard/ensign/jack ) for the Navy
and not one like the other services?

I like the Jack best personally. I'd probably replace the white with the same
gold of other governmental flags though. Blue field however makes sense
and should be distinctive enough.
