For why ISI hadn't been able to spot OBL - The answer is simple, CIA spent billions of dollars digging out the trace of OBL. We didn't. CIA had the key detainees in custody. We didn't. Finally we don't even know whether it was indeed OBL or not. Heck even CIA carried out the Op based on Probability not certainity. And we till date we never know whose body did they dump into the Sea. They were sure of presence of an important al-qaeda commander but they were never sure it was OBL. Even shown by their movie dark zero thrity.

America had 5000 troops when Bin Laden crossed over from Afghanistan to Pakistan
We do not know whose body was dumped in the Arabian Sea. But Bin Laden family was escorted out of Pakistan a year later.

Yeah and despite that some delusional believe in this that he was found inside Pakistan and than dropped into the ocean. Case closed.

A 66% accuracy in addresses is called embarrassing... what about Pakistan getting embarrassed that 6 out of 9 addresses were confirmed?

It is hard to collect intelligence in a foreign land with no government. All America had was 5000 troops in Afghanistan in December 2001 when Bin laden escaped to Pakistan. Intelligence operatives cannot operate in a lawless society.

Meaningful way ? what is fair enough, from your point ? If we Indians quote news from Indian Newspapers/sites you guys say it not creditworthy. If we quote from Pakistan newspaper/sites you guys will say they are Indian agents and if we quote from neutral sites you guys say its rubbish and they don’t know the facts and politically motivated and done due to Indian lobbying.


Please explain what Pakistan Government has did till date to capture Dawood Ibrahim or explained to UN regarding actions taken to capture him. Threatening me for quoting truth you will label me as troll ? Your warning that I will be “labeled a troll” is this is what you call meaningful discussions ?

Then tell me what is the fault in my first post in this thread, I quoted a details from UN website, where claims of Pakistan Newspaper that “India embarrassed over Dawood Ibrahim” was wrong and half truth, in fact UN had rectified/updated Dawood address details and removed wrong details after verification. Its infact a unofficial confirmation that UN believe that Dawood is in Pakistan itself. For that the honorable members quoted their as usual theories and I replied to it in my way.

I feel that you guys live in illusionary world where except you all others are liars or fake or propagandist.

out of 9, three addresses rejected by UN but 6 were accepted.. am not sure who should be embarrassed..

Lawless societies are always heaven for intelligence agencies and their targets.

India is fascinated by Dawood Ibrahim, if not obsessed.

There are so many movies on him by bollywood that I've lost count, where his personality is glamorised and his role played but some of the top bollywood actors. Mumbai underworld newbies admire and try to copy him in every way. Even today, a mention of his name increases the pulse of many in the corridors of power in India.

Dawood married his daughter to Javed Miandad's son - Miandad, who is infamous for hitting a six on the last ball of last over at Sharjah, breaking Indian hearts and dreams with that one shot.
