Make a team of Red and Blue.
pitch them against eachother in the threatre.

Ofcourse Airsoft battles.

I think even Afghan Army do live fire exercise. If someone is dead this mean, French or British Army safety procedures are not upto the mark. In US there is always a live fire exercise in the final phases of almost every leadership or warfare training course.
