A peaceful Pakistan is Pakistan's best best in the western border. It wouldn't want to create problems intentionally, but rather it would want to create peace even if it comes at some cost to it. Now If current Afghan government is trying to prove themselves un-deserving, they better be replace with the one with working brains.

Pakistan is a well-wisher for Afghanistan provided Afghanistan is not waging a covert war against Pakistan.

Nuristan is the hotbed and sanctuary for the TTP where the Afghan NDS and Indian RAW look after these terrorists. We need to secure our border, whatever it takes.
