GPS? Final fe 30-40km dash will then guide by its own radar. But of cos, that guidance is prone to jam and GPS signal is subject to your avail-abilities.
GPS is useless for a moving target like ships
GPS is good for mid course correction. Final guidance of 20-30km dash will still be done by missile own guidance radar.
Firstly you should find the target position for a moving target. If it is not a problem, then the platform can be used for guidance. But for most country, this would a problem, especially for transferring the data to a submarine

nice, Chinese arm manufacturers have come a long way since 90's.
Kazakhstan seems to be a big buyer of Chinese arms. They bought FT-2000 too.
I hope China can developed a calibre in between 7.62mm and 12.7mm. Something like 9.3mm-9.6mm. Still can be handle by single personnel unlike 12.7mm and yet far more powerful than 7.62mm.
Since sniper are a group of elite, such specialize weapon need not to much consideration into mass production and cost. Yet necessity shall be taken into consideration.
There is already 8.6mm sniper rifle revealed but not for export
