It's Seymour Hersh. I've explained several times that his journalism isn't always credible. The Lehmann story, far from corroborating Hersh, asks us to stretch our minds to fill in the gaps based on our prejudices.

Perhaps your biggest problem, as revealed in the Shakhil Afridi thread, is that you lie to promote your position, then once that's revealed trumpet the imposition of your unjust will as an example to others.
