I am a corporate trainer in a company where I get to train ppl from diff countries including Pakistan.

Exactly that was the point that timely update of SOP is necessity in case in case of complex IED but this was all about hand grenade... however,,,,, a life is lost....

how do you know that SOP wasn't updated?? you were there?? what you are taking is on the bases of your paranoia. noting else. he was an NSG soldier who was highly trained and have years of experience in army as EOD. and he knows the job better than a keyboard warrior like you.
just google search.. you can find news about pakistan army casualties due to IEDs. more than a dozen officers in PA died while trying to defuse IEDs in last 5 years.

you need to 1st learn what is IED and what is a grande.
and IED is just an improvised explosive device. anything that can explode can be used to make IED. a grande to artillery shells can be used for making IED. you post proves you have no idea about IEDs.

That proves that you know nothing about the statement of your own personnel in uniform about SOP update etc. and not again .... to start the same thing here again with you.... so also do not wish for what PA is dealing with otherwise the damage of your army would be worst then ever... PA has been defusing the IEDs based upon the most effective Technics of proxies or you can say at the level of advanced IEDs not some usual grenades.. Stop quoting for unnecessarily

a granade can also used as IED... learn if you don't know it. and an ied made of grande is more powerful than an IED made of locally available materials such as ammonium nitrate.

that NSG commando is trained in FBI training facility.(FBI have one of the best training center for counter IED). so keep your propaganda within yourself, no need to post here. even US navy/army EOD members died due to IED. that don't mean they are not well trained or they don't follow SOP. just keep that in mind that a simple IED become more deadly when they are planted in innovative ways. indian forces are facing IED threat much intense than you are facing. your Pakistan army never face an IED which was planed in the dead body of soldiers, which will explode when troops try to recover the body. you have no idea about the IED threat india faces. your PA is donning what US military trained you. US army came to india to learn to counter IEDs.

I wish you may learn something and rest about the PA, it is indeed your obsession that stops you to understand what IEDs we have been defusing or facing in battle against the top threat like TTP etc..... Indian Army is mostly facing the local made kind of IEDs being planted by Freedom Fighters and has less or i would say very minimum cases to face such kind of situation. A life was lost due to unavailability of proper SOP. that's it... by the way few links below that even our Police is dealing it with more dedication....

US, Isreal, UK, turkey, russia, saudi arabia, UAE, OMAN, polish, Malaysian, Indonesian, and many other countries send soldiers to this school for training. this proves indian army soldiers are experts.
i never heard about any country showing keen in training in pakistan army training schools except some poor countries and saudi arabia.

in kashmir indian army is defusing dozens of IEDs in daily bases. while many in pakistna army killed due to IED. this shows that indian army is more experts in countering IEDs. compare the IED casualties of indian army and pakistan army. you can find out news of IEDs being defused by indian army in kashmir, while there are frequent news of casualties in Pakistan army due to IED. and it is 1st time in NSG history, a soldier killed while defusing an IED.

what you are talking is based on your paranoia. according to logic. pakistan army soldiers are killed by IED is because they are not even trained to conduct an ROP. leave alone high level counter ied operation.

1 thing you need to know that. pakistan army is trained by US army who in turn came to india for training. and remember.. no western army go to pakistan for training in anything, they go to pakistan for training pakistan army because pakistan army are not trained in required standard. that is why you are asking US to help to train your soldiers.
so you don't have any right to criticize a NSG soldier who died in an counter IED operation. hell you don't even know what is IED.. it is clear from your post that you don't even know that a grenade can be used as an IED. what you are saying is all from your propaganda and paranoia.
