Im Sure rapes are occouring across the Globe... and Hence, I recommend having a "Rape News" Forum , with sub forums : America , Europe , Asia , South asia and South East Asia.

My point is, if the news are reported from across the Globe, the forum will soon have better info over this subject with data from across the globe. No doubt this itself will be a great feat achived by a forum "presumably" dedicated to Defence.

I am from India , Bangalore. I would question your claim. Out of three schools near by my house in vibgyor, ACTS Rape incidents reported , that too on less than four year old kids in Day time in front of CCTV. All there are committed knowingly that they are monitored by cctv and they will be obviously caught. That means they know that they can come out of this with no pain. This is the state of India today. You can ask any Bangalore resident if they will leave their young kids less than 6 years old in a school if the kids are not taken care by "only" women teachers , I am sure they will hesitate !

I saying this because I have started searching for a school for my two year old kid !
