friends from karachi?
Following specific political parties like MQM BLA PTI?

I don't have any source of information. I don't know anything about that part of world. I have complained about it in the past that this forum is only about people/problems of India/Pakistan and China so there was nothing much for me to contribute. Later on I started dicussing on Greece and Chinese stock market issue. Problem here is people from your part of world always talk about problems and no one talk about solutions. This is something which I don't like. I am very keen and open to learn about it but I have seen people complaining about everything and no one talk about alternatives.

That's true. Sometimes we understand problems in specific region better if we expand our view both in time and space.

Would appreciate if you don't stereotype everyone under the same brush.

Barring few trolls, most people in PDF are intelligent, articulate and passionate about everything under the sun.

I am like you a relatively new member and have had some growing pains. My suggestion is treat people with respect, if you don't find anyone proposing alternatives, maybe take initiative propose one based on your experiences.

What you are doing here is exactly the thing you are accusing others of - that is complaining.

Just my two cents.

Oh man I was referring to disucssion with Fauji Historian. Do you know I had an arguement with him and he gave me negative rating ? Am I wrong any where when I say most of the threads here are related to problems of SA which go upto 10 pages and no one think about the solution. Instead of getting into debate and accusing me you should have asked me this question in the very first place.

For most members the first thread is usually intro thread(like this one), in your case it was a complain thread, which might have polarized some views against you. Some even thought you are a false flagger, so were probably extra harsh.
Anyway, looking forward to your contribution.

for now, you can create a thread only in the "members introduction" and "members club" sections.

i think new policy is that you can create a new thread in other sections only after 100 posts ( in the other sections ).

then you should create a intro thread in this very section ( Members Introduction ), taking intro format guidance from ( New Introductions ).
