Dude. Why u sound so frustrated that ur statements are utter out of logic and sense. U need to learn more bout the world and understand the pragmatism of day to day business.

India is not Pakistan, that rules change just coz u are someone or something. All international airports follow international regulations.
Its so hilarious that u question the airport which has nothing to do with u but not the airline which actually took ur money.

Obviously, u wont question the Bahrain authorities coz Arabs are someone u always crib to be. Sorry that ur Arab BROTHERS dindt care bout ur well being. :coffee:

I'm not travelling, and airline can't do anything to provide hotel in India, until passengers are allowed to come out of plane.
Amount of food and water is always limited for one or two meals, depending on flight time.
If it was not upto Gulf air efforts, those Pakistanis would have been tortured by hindu army by now.

Not my problem if you can't see logic/reasoning even when I pointed out with links why there are just too many such incidents of passengers cooped up for more than 12/13 hours (So much so that an elderly dies while on-board!!)!

As unfortunate as it sounds, the airport authorities can't intervene in any way unless the airlines themselves ask for passenger disembarkation and usage of terminal facilities. But you are welcome to go ahead and make Hindus/Indians the monsters!

@Aether As somebody who has undergone something similar myself (Air France - CDG, Paris), I fully sympathize with your situation and hope that you reach your destination safe and recover. I also know it is hard to see reason when going through so much, but I do hope you seriously take this up with airlines rather than venting it out on wrong people.

LOL.. mighty gulf air holding up Indian Army!! here is a question though, why did gulf air flew to India in the first place? so that it can show off? Or, if it can hold off entire Indian army, why didn't it let the passengers disembark and conquer red fort while they are at it?

I'm not comparing gulf air with hindu army but surely if hindu army would dare to challenge gulf air.... Bahrain would stop hiring bhartis, which translate to loss of salaries for hindu army.

If he had lived and grew in his parental country, he would never have the opportunities he was given in Pakistan.
He is an example for bhartis, if they give Muslims equal opportunity, all of them can achieve more than hindus.

Then why not ask hindu army to let the passengers out or it will stop hiring bhartis? don't want to help the passengers?
 
@Aether you are suffering from PTSD from the shock of going through that thunderstorm. It's why your PB is high and why you can't sleep. Listen carefully, you NEED to see a therapist or the PTSD will get worse and affect your even more.

As i said, they would still be in plane if there was no gulf pressure.
I don't even want to imagine, if it was a PIA flight.
 
The weather at Lahore airport is fine now. Passengers were not allowed to transit lounge because the India did not have complete information on passengers. Once they received all information they were allowed to transit. Gulf Air must have filled Delhi as their alternate hence the pilots flew there. Passengers may be able to claim some damages for this ordeal but they might have to face a long legal battle.

Can you organize some water by unfair means for him and the children!
Some poster was saying TAJ BIRIYANI is sent but i doubt that, neither OP is confirming it.
However, we'll learn about this so hyped TAJ BIRIYANI soon, it can't be hidden from bharti media.

If it was a PIA flight it would have never gone to Delhi rather it would have landed at karachi, nawabsha or incase these were also not available then muscat.
