India's upcoming budget is going to be a bumper budget. Modified bonanza. India Modifying.

Cut to and analyse this Pak. Rs. 13.5 Lakh Cr.'s. funds are for rail infra.

• Equals 100 % local cement, rebar, labour, sand, trucks ...

I'll put it down to worth $ 1 Trillion in PPP terms because of bulk purchase discount, suppliers credit, govt. owned PSU made raw material supplies like project consulting, engg. services, rebar and sand. How else does one understand numbers like Pak. Rs. 13.5 Lakh Cr.'s.

Indian Railways (IR) maybe in shambles but IR shines when held up to Pak. or Bangla Rails.
I've been on IR and anybody who has will tell that Rs-for-Rs, IR is the best deal in the world.
