anatomy is not the only thing that make us human. There are humans raised by animals and their behaviour is found nowhere human and about changing their behaviour than it will depend on the amount of indoctrination they are exposed with and do you really think it is going to be easy to change the mindset of a suicide bomber?

What I mean to say that every human should be allowed a chance to change. Whether or not the person changes is dependent upon the person himself.
