A US CBG always has a few nuclear powered sub lurking around.

Also, China does not have any oversea bases. A CBG will have limited power projection capabilities even if the carrier is nuclear powered because the air defense destroyers will run out of gas. China will need to bring an oil tanker into CBG which is another liability.

I highly doubt China can have 4 carriers 4 years from now. China doesn't even have a complete airwing for the liaoning.

Nope, USA have 4, just Newport News is currently building Carrier for the Navy.

• Brooklyn Navy Yard (closed)
• San Fransico Navy Yard (Privately owned)
• Norfolk Naval Yard (US Naval ship yard)

Can and Traditionally build Super carrier, but since the US already have 10 Carrier and 9 mini Carrier, they are not doing anything new so the US Navy just using the one currently.

In countering the US and China, the Vietnamese always suffered far heavier casualties and infrastructure damage. The US cannot stomach heavy casualties in foreign adventures. However, if the Vietnamese angered China enough, in a war of attrition between the two where historically Vietnam has always lost more men (even in 79), China will end up wiping Vietnam off the map even without nuclear weapons.

001A being built in Dalian is expected to have the hangar modules completed in December or January 2016. It is expected to be launched in Spring next year, and complete its fitting out in 2018.

In shanghai JNCX, 002 is expected to start building in 2016.

Jiangnan Shipyard is recruiting fresh graduates of 2016. One particular position is called Nuclear Propulsion Fitting and Installation (2 vacancies to be filled). The only ship that has this type of power plant is Type 002 aircraft carrier.

I am freaking fed up of such kind of vague clueless dreams. If you'd have any briefest moment of sanity you'll understand it is not possible to construct and commission a carrier in a matter of one to two years. Let along constructing THREE carriers at the present time is too radical to say the least.
Well the fact is one Type 001A under construction and another type 002 slated to be laid in a year. A likely schedule will be Type 001A entering service by 2019 and first ship of Type 002 entering service by 2020; If defense funding allows, a third carrier, probably type 002, can be laid in Dalian roughly 6~12 months after the current Type 001A is launched. The launching date of Type 001A is speculated before mid 2016, so the second 002 laid before mid 2017, entering service post 2021.

This is an optimistic estimation provided that nothing goes wrong like what had happened to INS Vikramaditya.
