Lol, no they won't. If you knew anything about the history of the Kashmir conflict, you'd know Pakistan was supposed to withdraw its troops and there was supposed to be a plebiscite as soon as law and order was established. They never did, so there was no plebiscite. Why do you think they'd do that now? Is it because you think they've changed the demographics of the area sufficiently so it favors them?

So once this new country, Sunni dominated country is formed, will it then hold a plebiscite in Jammu and Ladakh? Obviously, no non-muslim in their right mind would want to be part of a muslim country. So will this new country being giving its citizens the same rights its demanding from India?

Also, if the majority is allowed to decide the fate of J & K, shouldn't this Majority include the entire populations of India and Pakistan too since they also have a vested interest in the matter?
