to me it seems like most armies have regressed since WW2, like there is no tactics involved.

Well the way i see it its good if that helps the defending armed forces.

Since the ISIS is destroying shrines and imposing Islamic Law and spreading, this weapon is a means to an end.

Hope Iraqi army can wield and protect this weapon.

another thing to do is have an all inclusive leadership and government in Baghdad so that the Sunni dissent is not exploited by ISIS and other terror outfits.
