1 on 1 Eurofighter have more chances, probably. But when you consider that MiG-35 is almost 3 times cheaper - chances of euro are close to zero.

In fact, everything depends on the pilot. Figures in wikipedia - it's relative indicators. If the pilot of the MiG-35 is Russian pilot - he is quite capable to compete with any western fighter, well, except for the F-22 and F-35.
