If you think Mullah Omer is safe on his OWN in Pakistan then cheetay you need to wake up. Has ISI not supported Afghan Taliban they would have died their death a LONG time ago just after the Soviets left. Had ISI not airlifted their leadership from Afghanistan just before US invasion they would have been dead. We are the reason Afghanis still have a leg to stand on, otherwise ANA and ISAF would have vaporized them.
