The USAF is build to handle both Russian and Chinese AF simultaneously. For India, we'll just rely on the Navy and marines.

India hasn't even started the process of selecting an astronaut whose training will take years and who will most probably lift-off in a Russian rocket and spacecraft, for otherwise the man would be far too old for the mission by the time Indian rocket and spaceship are ready for the said manned flight.
