Pakistanis living on the Indus plains and Indians living in the far west coast seem to come from the same ancestor.

Far West Coast Indians are most likely descendants of IVC colonies such as Lothal.

Rajasthan,Haryana,Gujarat
Only very small parts of Rajasthan and Gujarat seem to be included and only limited to the Coast. Haryana comes nowhere close.

How does it matter whether some Indians and some Pakistanis share some DNA. India is a vast country with 1.3 billion people. I am sure many will be sharing their DNA with other countries such as east Asian countries too

Maybe. Looks like Western Rajasthanis and Gujaratis are different from their Eastern brothers.

Studying this map is a head ache, what is it trying to say , there is no time line , what's the star supposed represent ? I need the original pdf doc to correctly understand this.

You don't even know who lives where in Pakistan. Take just one city on eastern border, and you will find hardly anything relevant to Indians.
And here you are taking whole Pakistanis and putting them under same Indian ancestry.

What is this ?
Entire western coast including ours are same

It is a map of the dominant haplogroups of the world with possible migration routes included. You don't need a timeline at all, if you know the basics of simple genetics and ect... The star also represents the first known human(s).
