First letter is to respond to a letter which he is captured
I, sultan of sultans, king of kings, the shadow of God who bestows the crown to the monarchs on earth, the supreme ruler of the Mediterranean and Black Seas, the Balkans and Anatolia, Azerbaijan, Damascus and Halep, Egypt, Mecca and Medina, Jerusalem, and all of the Arab dominions, and Yemen, and the sultan and the supreme king of many nations,
I am the son of Sultan Selim Khan and grandson of Sultan Bayezid Khan, and you, King Francis, are the governor of the French province.
You have sent to my Gate, the sanctuary of many kings, a letter by the hand of your faithful servant Frangipani. He has made known to me how the enemy overran your country, so you are now a captive. You have asked aid, for your deliverance. All this your saying having been set forth at the foot of my throne, which controls the world. Your situation has gained my imperial understanding in every detail, and I have considered all of it.
There is nothing astonishing in emperors being defeated and made captive. Keep your heart content and do not grieve. In these situations our glorious predecessors and illustrious ancestors, may God keep alight their tombs, never ceased from making war to drive back their foe and conquer his lands. We ourselves have followed their path; we have at every time conquered provinces and citadels both great in strength and in difficulty of approach. By night as well as by day our horse is always saddled, and our saber ever girded on.
May God the Most High advance righteousness! May His will, whatsoever it portends, be accomplished. For the rest, ask it from your envoy and be informed. Know that it will be as said.
The first letter of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent to French King Francis I
Subsequently, Suleiman striked Hungary, a Habsburg dominion, in 1526. With the Battle of Mohacs the Ottomans gained victory. Meanwhile, Charles V tried to create a Habsburg-Persian alliance against the Ottomans, and asked Shah Tahmasp I to attack the Ottoman Empire to keep Suleiman preoccupied.
When Iranian Shah medled into eastern Ottoman territories internal affairs, Suleiman launched campaigns against Iran 3 times. Each time Shah did not dare facing Ottoman armies and instead each time he retreated. Finally, Shah signed treaty with Suleiman promising that he would no longer menace Ottoman territories in the future (1554).
Suleiman the Magnicients letter to Francis I in 1536 explaining his victories in the East
Suleiman and Francis I combined forces in the Siege of Nice in 1543 against Charles V and Henry VIII. During this campaign Turkish soldiers camped in Toulon, France. Later, they captured Tunis 1533 from Charles V, only to give it back again in 1535. But, Tunis was finally captured by the Ottomans in 1574.
Suleiman I and Francis I signed the Capitulations of the Ottoman Empire in order to seal the alliance between the two countries. But, the first Capitulation was signed between French King Louis XII and Sultan Bayezit II in 1500. With this treaty, the foreigners within the Ottoman Empire were only subject to the laws of their respective countries. Furthermore, foreign countries which gained Capitulations from the Ottomans obtained the right to do trade within the Ottoman territories without taxation. Hence, this eventually created unfair exchange against the local merchants of the empire, thus, contributing to the eventual financial decline of the Ottoman Empire.

I am, who the khan of forty-eight kingdoms, Kanuni Sultan Suleiman Khan. According to report was given by ambassador, I heard of it was danced by your people as cling each other, men and women.
Because of we are contiguous, I'm worrying which is smudging of this sickness to my lands. İf it smudge and you don't terminate this sickness immediately, I will come with my victorious army and destroy you.
