Iranian hero pilot who had landed an Iranian airliner without a landing gear and saved the lives of passengers has gone public in Geneva against inhuman sanctions against Iranian civilians.

Here you can read his speech to a human rights congregation in Geneva: http://capt-shahbazi.com/files/English.pdf

Here is his website (you can sign a petition on his website against sanctions in English, Persian, Turkish, Arabic etc): CAPTAIN SHAHBAZI

And here is a TV report about it:

sanctions are for the actions of the your govt but it will affect civilians too.
you're talking as if one party is a criminal and the other party the enforcer of the law!

I personally don't hold a high opinion of Indian people, precisely because of people like you. In the quest to develop your largely poor country, you have decided to enslave yourselves to Western values, morals and ethics.

I don't view the US as the enemy here. I view the countries that bow down to the US as the enemy. The slaves and US protectorates around the world are the ones that make it all possible for the Americans. The Iranian government has broken no law that the US hasn't already broken. They have every interest to hold us back as a nation and we must do everything in our power to make it as difficult as possible until they give up, and one day they will.

Oh, leave them. They are slaves. Anyways, I think what this pilot is doing is noble. He is turning the tables on human rights on US. So he is a real hero. But technically I do not agree with this. I think Iran should stop begging for the planes. Iran had its chance and still has to buy licenses for local manufacturing of air crafts. They have already done so for Iran-140 and I guess are in the process of doing for Iran-158. Now Iran needs one medium range and one long range wide body aircrafts to complete the whole series of passenger jets. The best options for Iran are Tu-214 and Il-96 which are wonderful aircrafts. The good thing is both use the same engine as well so it is going to be easier for Iran to even manufacture the engines. Iran should pay a few billion dollars to Russians and buy the factories for these aircrafts and manufacture them under license. Just like Russians had proposed to Iran complete technology transfer for Tu-334 which Iran did not opt for and instead going for An-158. Currently no sanctions prohibit Iran from doing it. So it is better if Iran gets these planes with technology as fast as it can. And Iran has the money as well:

india is not slave of U.S but ur neighbor is.i hope you see and dont brag about india here.
History has shown that Indians are very receptive to foreign occupation. In the past it was in the form of boots on the ground, today it's in the form of foreign ideas and values. Almost every Indian is willing to throw Iran at the wolves because, to them, the white man in the US is of a higher standing than the yellow, brown or black men of the East.

I'm sure my opinion, as exaggerated as it's, is shared by many Easterners. You guys simply can't stand on your own two legs.

I totally agree that sanctions on Iran for civilian aircraft spare parts are in-sensitive and stupid.

It span beyond current announcement of trade/banking sanctions. Its an old saga.

I my self, once passed out while flying in domestic Iran air. Probably due to lack of oxygen in cabin.

Still my confusion is not solved; why does Iran regime cannot buy Russian aircrafts?? Why do they insist to keep flying Boeing?

When ever, I have posted this question to my Iran acquaintances, they always curse the govt. and hold responsible in equal.

Think about PIA ( PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE ) after so many GOD DAMN delays and Crash Landings and Technical Faults we STILL LOVE PIA , WE LOVE PAKISTAN .... IRAN YOU LEARN FROM US ... HOW TO BE FAITHFUL TO ONE'S COUNTRY hehehe

Thanks for having such a low opinion about us. At least we are important enough to have an opinion about from your exalted self sir.

Quite sad. Is Iran air still allowed on international routes?

Its a shame that the sanctions are affecting the civilians, cause there isn't much the civilians can do against the Iranian regime. They tried protesting against Ahmedinajad after the last election and we all saw how that went down.

I am yet to meet an Iranian who actually supports Ahmedinajad. People are already against the Iranians regime, so why make them suffer :undecided:

why make them suffer?
The US military shot down a civilian Iranian airliner on route towards UAE. They later claimed that the plane was mistaken for an F-14. They have yet to apoligize and they even gave medals to those responsible. To even claim that the US is after our well-being or even insinuate that they're on the side of the Iranian people is the ultimate show of ignorance and idiocy. The American and British lust for blood is well-known by all Iranians.

You"ll find these neo-sassanid type all over youtube, despite all his contempt for India, more of his community of people have made India their home rather than their place of origin.

Now you are deciding for Iranian people? You asked them one by one if they agree with regime or not?
You've too fallen for Western bs propaganda.I am an Iranian and i'm telling you it's not like what you are thinking.

This is very true.

Even today, the most powerful person in India is a white European.

Back in Italy, Sonia was a waitress. She came to India, and instantly became the most powerful person in the country.

Is it racism I'm sensing? How could people who left Iran more than a 1000 years ago be considered part of "my community." What community am I apart of that I didn't know about? If you're insinuating that I'm a Zoroastrian, then you're wrong.
