And then Sachin hits a 85 and knocks Pakistan out of the world cup, amazing isnt it ????? I know it burns but learn to respect the greats. I think Shoaib has forogotten the bashing of the South Africa world cup.

So you see, Sachin was ther when Shoaib was learning to play cricket.

Dogs will always bark while Elephants cross the road, Shoaib just needs some publicity to keep him alive, what better than critisize someone who he can never even imagine matching upto.

lara and Rahul dravid has technique... but they r not as great as sachin... (remember 90's sachin.. )
temperament and dedication require to play cricket continuously for 22 years..
after, tennis elbow injury... his technique and shot selection changed dramatically..
but still, he stands where...others can dream only...

What do you mean by "not as great as"
What is your definition of "greatness"????

One who plays for the team OR one who plays for himself only.....

Rahul Dravid was called "Mr. Dependable" in the Indian Cricket arena.......Now, this title is not easily earned....

There are many "great" players, but there are very few "dependable" players......one who plays for the team....

Don't you think, the so called, "world's greatest batsman", the person who plays soooo well, should have logiCally earned the title "dependable".........instead of "not as great" Rahul Dravid....

You can hit tons against weak opponents.....but ultimately what counts is.....whether the team has won or not.....


Keep your analysis logiCal......ONE WHO PLAYS WELL,IS DEPENDABLE and ONE WHO DOESN"T, ISN"T......It's as simple as that.....


You are talking about facts.....the fact is in-front of you......India loses AGAIN as Sachin scores his 100th 100....

2nd position is Ponting with 30 ODI centuries which is less than Sachin's winning centuries...
100 centuries are like Bradman's average of 99.96%...nobody is near to it and will able to break it.....

The truth is he's a legend.
Plus, if Sachin had Pakistan's bowlers, then all of his centuries would have been victories. It's the Indian bowling which has to be the worst, most horrible unit in existence. What happened to Irfan Pathan? He used to be a match winner.

except Zahir no Indian fast bowler gives consistent performance

when he is out of team due to injuries our bowling becomes not so good

Just look at the strike rates....most of them are well below 100.....which is absolutely unacceptable in one-day cricket.......
After making a century and being set in the game....people expect you to score more runs than balls played......then only the team gets some advantage.......otherwise its like removing some overs from the match and making the match shorter......
This explains why India loses most of the matches when he does century.....unless there are some other players to make up for his wasted overs.....

Even in this case, Sachin did his 100 in 138 balls....then instead of making up for the wasted overs, he kept on scoring slowly untill he got out at 114, after playing 147 balls i.e wasting 33 balls/5.5 overs in a one-day match.....what a self-centered person.....

Because you guys made this single person look like a superhero/legend....

So, if there is a superhero in the team, then all the responsibilities fall on him.....don't you think......

So, don't call him a superhero, we won't blame him alone......
