India to launch Mars mission next year

OK, so it was your NASA mission which found water on moon..??
And by the way don't if suddenly 40% of employee leaves nasa, than your space industry even won't be compared with pakistan..
Mind it...:azn:

It was India's mission not NASA mission...finding water was one of the task for NASA and NASA provided the scanner for it which was fitted in Chandrayaan.

125 crore is not a big budget, compare that with our 30000 crore defence budget.
Hope it will give boost to science and technology which can be used for benefit of humanity.

We should not compare ourselves with pakistan, so please dont reply to troll post with any rude comments.
They are quite happy with their first satellite, and to their credit china is way ahead of us.(yes pakistanis have every right to take credit of china's progress, mogul rule in India etc, we cant deny them that).

mate, 30k !!!!!

Defence budget for 2012-13 is Rs 1.93 lakh crore

:rofl: Cant help laughing you guys are actually serious conversation about this

I don't know what is so laughable here. India sent a mission to moon already. This is just a step ahead.

These missions will help inspire the younger generation and to keep the desire in science burning.

All the best to ISRO, They need to put the project on fast track.

I think everyone of you know how Chandrayaan-1 mission had an excellent positive effect on the younger generation of India reflecting India's scientific growth. A successful Mars mission will boost it further.

Since when Aryan_B has become a troll? :what:. I really enjoyed some of his previous discourses with VCheng.

His not trolling its just the simple fact of this post being part of a fairytale imagination. None of us alive will ever witness India placing a man on the moon in our lifetime and that is a definite. Unless....some indians here thought that they are far ahead of US/Russia/China/Europe/East Asia in space technology..they should stop patting themselves on the back

Did you even read the article? Or is it just typical nature of trolling, the article talks about sending a probe to Mars. We have already have done a mission to moon and now the ISRO is trying to send a probe to Mars.
