Craig Kieswetter tore into India's opening bowlers and Alastair Cook made a case for a Twenty20 berth with an effective 80 not out that brought England a cantering victory which hadn't seemed as likely when the visitors posted an imposing total. England exploited the lack of depth and predictability of India's four-man bowling attack, compounded by their specialist spinner having a relative off day while England's snared three key wickets.

Having a whale of a time, more English lass chilling ;)

No comment. :) You seem very mature. :)

Are you serious? India only had 2 pacemen in this game and out of those 2, 1 had hamstring strain. It's finny that team full of limping Indians managed to do this much. Most of players in today's game were injured and this is not even regular Indian side!

And plus Ishant ,Zaheer, Sreesanth can do 140s. And Ishant does that without even breaking in sweats unlike bowlers of some countries. :P

I tell you what - it was so easy even I was embarrassed - not cool at all, but as long as my English rose is happy, I am too ;)

India should give up playing cricket and take up gilli danda instead !

Personally i don't think india deserves that world champion status , A team which can't defend itself on venues outside sub-continent and can lead to deadliest and horrible defeats can't deserve this. India's record on venues outside sub-continent has been awful , If somebody really stood by their world champions status it was Australia , no matter on what venue they were playing they still were the best , unlike india who has ballers that can hardly ball fast medium , so much beating first white wash in test series , then t-20 and now on the verge for white wash in odi's how more pathetic it can happen for a side known as world champion . they may be good at dead wickets but all their much hyped batting line up falls like hell on non-sub-continent venues .

Bad performance of the bowlers and injury is haunting Indian team in this visit. I do not know what happened to them suddenly in England. I hope in next series they will return to earlier way of world champion!!!

Yes true, when you cannot do it and beaten by the enemy.

Still cannot digest it? lol Your thought does not make world champions but winning the world cup do. We have beaten England many times recently in England.

What adjectives!!!! Some one is burning to see India world champion. The same story goes on... "I cannot do it, so I am now Australian or English". lol

That Australia was beaten horribly by India in World cup before winning world cup. India did good in non subcontinental venues we did well beating Australia in Australia, drawing against SA in SA and like that. About fast bowling we have some of the best fast bowlers in he world like Zaheer.

Now this take this if you can..... In last two test series we beat both England and Australia.

World's no 1 rank did not came through chest thumping on other's achievement but winning matches.

Once in awhile we tend to slacken and Pakistanis start letting off the fireworks with claims like "India doesnt deserve world championship status" as if that status was conferred on us by the UNO and we did not win it. Oh well , we lose some but win most ..that's all that matters to me
