Huitong claims:

The stealthy variant of the JF-17 has been rumored to be named the AMF or the Advanced Medium Fighter. It will feature stealth optimized fuselage.

According to PAF insiders and senior commentators, it will also feature AESA radar, possible TVC, and more composites.

According to Huitong a prototype may be flying.

Is it the block-2 or seperate from block-2

Block-2? The same variant which PAF is going to get what was defined to be a deal on emergency bases? 50 Brand new JFTs? Any info. fellows?

for my knowledge which TVC ENGINE it going to be used? Chinese or Russians?

There might be some truth to the purported "silent JF-17" sightings at the CAC after all (although I still believe the photo to be nothing more than a J-7 under a tarp). Did Huitong comment on whether the plane would carry the weapons internally or use Super Hornet style cocoons?

I believe it's the same as the Block II. Why would they develop two separate variants with pretty much the same upgrades?

Initially it was thought stealth variant will be seen in 3rd block of JF-17..... But we heard A Redesigned cone and more composite used in Block 2, but this updates tells us "A Stealthy Fuselage". May be we will see this in Block-3 a Stealthy Fuselage in my Opinion

According to some sources, the new JF-17 will use the WS-13 engine, so if it includes a thrust vectoring engine, then I suspect an upgraded thrust vectoring WS-13 will be used.

Unless the Block II and Block III will be fielded around the same time, I doubt that is the case.

I don't think AMF would be Advanced Medium Fighter.. If it is AMF, it would be Advanced Multi-role Fighter. Advanced Medium Fighter doesn't sound like a description.

By Medium do you mean medium weight? the way more composite materials are being added, it would rather turn out lighter in weight instead of heavier.

My 2Cents.

well i don't think there is any such program as block-2 in progress..... the 50 aircraft from china is a follow up order of first 50 aircrafts....
there will be no significant change in design ... but there might be few additions such as air refuelling pod and SD-10A integration .... other then this there might not be anything new.... bkz even JF-17 today is not flying with full configuration .... it haven't even gone through weapons trial ...so it would not be practical for CAC or PAC to move on to next level....

Obviously either you dont know anything about the JF-17 or you need to change your flags. Show some loyalty to your true country and please change them.

Edit: I have gone through your other 39 posts and doesnt seem like that your an Indian, probably just an ill-informed Pakistani. Please go through the JF-17 info pool. And I apologize for calling you a false flagger before.

I was wondering.....

Is it possible to have thrust vectoring with just one tail?

because I would think is that the nozzle would not be able to pivot upwards.....

The Rockwell-Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm X-31 Enhanced Fighter Maneuverability program was a collaborative program designed to test TVC in fighters. The X-31 had a single vertical stabilizer.

All one needs to do is extend the nozzle a bit further out of the fuselage.

That is not the case according to PAF insiders. The Block II will be the finalized variant of the JF-17 and will feature stealth shaping, AESA radar, more composites, etc.

The JF-17 Block I has gone through weapons trial. It successfully demonstrated its capability to deploy precision guided air to air and air to ground weaponry in the Azm-e-Nau-3 exercises.
