习不是老江的接班人，老江心目中理想的接班人是上海前市委书记陈良宇，早就被涛哥给废了。

估计太子党/上海派/团派是三国演义，习是太子党退出来来平衡团派的，所以涛哥的下一人不会是团派的人，而是习进平的下一任才轮到团派。

目前TG内部就是这样来互相制约，这样对老百姓来说是好事。

That is totally not true, he did not turn Dalian into a rich city, what he did was spending a lot of municiple's money building plazas and gardens, making Dalian a face project of his. Yes, he made Dalian look beautiful but the life for its people did not improve at all as comparing to the others since he did nothing other than for show.

The only connection between Xi and Jiang is Zeng Qinghong, as Xi was actually put in today position by Zeng. Anyways as a leader Xi will be much better than Li. Cannot wait for Hu-wen to end their terms.
